Ascend to the mezzanine where fun awaits! Whether you’re planning a movie night using the projector and screen or aiming for some friendly competition at the pool table, this area has you covered.

Master Suite

The ground floor boasts a luxurious bedroom with a king-size bed, a private ensuite, and direct access to our tranquil garden – perfect for morning coffees or evening relaxation. On this level is also an extra bathroom with full amenities.

Farmhouse Bedrooms

Venture upstairs to the original farmhouse section where the character meets comfort. The main bedroom showcases impressive beams that echo its history. Adjacent, a children’s room contains two single beds, ideal for younger guests. Two additional cosy bedrooms can be found on this level, one of which is accompanied by its ensuite bathroom.

The large bathroom has a walk-in shower and vintage decoration.

You will be situated between two attractive villages:

• Monsegur (9 minutes drive): Bakery, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, cinema, and weekly market on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
• Duras (11-minute drive): Bakery, butcher’s shop, supermarket, hairdressers, pharmacy, restaurants, and a weekly market on Monday morning.

Explore numerous other pretty villages, chateaux, markets, vineyards, and activities such as kayaking, horse riding, and theme parks for children. You will need a car to access and explore the area. There is plenty of parking on site.

• The entire house is available to you except for a couple of storage cupboards.
• I will be available via phone and text for any questions or concerns.
• Any maintenance issues during your stay will be addressed as soon as possible.
• The swimming pool is fully fenced. Children remain entirely the parents’ responsibility while on the premises.
