We can list your property on multiple websites. We work with a trusted team of property managers, cleaners and maintenance people. Owners and guests appreciate our friendly, practical and highly responsive approach.

Our aim is to make obtaining bookings as hassle free for property owners as possible. And for guests to obtain all the information they need in a fast, friendly and helpful way before and after booking.
There are no set up or subscription fees and we do the work of presenting your property in a professional and appealing way. We charge a percentage on each booking for our services. Payments are sent to owners within 48 hours of the guest checking in.
Guests check in online so we have their ID details before their stay. To protect you in the case of any damage, a security deposit is charged for each stay. The amount of the security deposit is set by you.
Alongside listing your property on Caméléon Bleu Boutique Holiday Rentals, we can manage its listing on other vacation rental sites – as you prefer.
If your property is already listed elsewhere, we can supply an iCal calendar link to make sure that your guests can see availability in real time.
